Are you ignorant? 你是無知嗎？

我一無所知，那你呢？

　　柏拉圖說：「與其不受教育，不如不生，因為無知是不幸的根源。」

　　現今社會，每個人也接受到不同程度的教育，學習到大量的知識，彷彿世界就像在股掌之中，但真的如此嗎？沒有人是無所不知的，大多數人也只是一知半解，應該說萬分之一也沒有。

　　莊士說：「吾生也有涯，而知也無涯，以有涯隨無涯，殆也！已而為知者，殆而已矣。」其意思是，人們的生命是有限的，而知識卻是無限的。以有限的生命去追求無限的知識，那就危險了。如果你還是陷入追逐知識的渴求中，那你就走入絕路了。

　　知識是重要，但隨著知識的增長就不再無知嗎？只有智慧才是立世的根本，而要得著智慧，首先要承認自己的無知。

孔子說：「知之為知之，不知為不知，是知（智）也。」

　　蘇格拉底說：「我所知道的是我一無所知。」

　　一個人的智慧越是增長，他就會發現自己越是無知，有智慧的人總是不能確定一樣事情，因為他知道太多不確定性。他知道他不知道的太多了，而他知道今天的對可能成為明天的錯，而今天的錯可能成為明天的對。情況就像在地上畫一個圓，越是有智慧的人能畫的圓便越大，智慧就是圓內的空間，而無知就是圓的邊界。因此，達到最高智慧的人反而是最無知的人。

　　你可以瞬間得到知識，卻需要時間來發展智慧；知識是可變的，而智慧卻是永恆的。因為知道太多所以知道自己無知，因為知道自己無知所以知道更多，這就是智慧也。

　　所有人也是無知的。

I know nothing at all, how about you?

　　Plato said: "Better be unborn than untaught, for ignorance is the root of misfortune."

　　Nowadays, everyone can receive different levels of education to learn a lot of knowledge, it seems that everything in the world are under their control, but is it really true? No one can know everything, most people only know half or more accurately even less than ten thousandth.

　　Zhuangzi said: "My life is limited while knowledge is limitless, use your limited life to follow limitless knowledge, it is dangerous! If you still desire to follow the knowledge, then you will be walk into dead end."

　　Knowledge is important, but will you not be ignorant with the growth of knowledge? Wisdom is the root of living, and you need to admit your ignorance in order to have wisdom.

Confucius said: "When you know a thing, to hold that you know it; and when you do not know a thing, to allow that you do not know it; this is wisdom."

　　Socrates said: "I know nothing except the fact of my ignorance."

　　Person will find that his ignorance will grow as well as wisdom, wise person always cannot ensure anything because he knows that there are so much uncertainty. He know the fact that there are many things that he don't know, he know that something is right in today and it will be wrong in tomorrow while something is wrong in today and it will be right in tomorrow. It is something similar to draw a circle, wiser person can draw a bigger circle, and wisdom is the area inside the circle while ignorance is perimeter of the circle. Hence, wisest person is the most ignorant.

　　You know that you are ignorant when you know too much, you know more when you know that you are ignorant; this is wisdom.

　　Everyone is ignorant.
